Three businesses
that feed each other.
We're an IT services firm in Dallas–Fort Worth that got tired of watching AI projects stall at the demo — so we started building our own, and now we build them for other people.
We were the ones re-keying the invoices.
Every product we sell started as something that was annoying us.
- Talent Pipeline exists because our own recruiters were losing strong candidates to a three-day screening backlog.
- Helpdesk AI exists because the answer to most support questions was already written down, just not findable.
- Velocity ERP exists because operations outgrew spreadsheets and nobody noticed until it cost a delivery.
Building and running these ourselves is what taught us the unglamorous part — evaluation, guardrails, cost, drift. It's the part most AI work skips, and the reason it stalls.
| Question | Our answer |
|---|---|
| Can AI do this? | Sometimes no, and we'll say so |
| Who owns the code? | You do, in your own repos |
| Where does it run? | Your cloud account |
| Can we leave early? | At the end of any phase |
| Does our data train a model? | No |
To serve the individual needs of our clients through innovative solutions, reliable service, personal attention and flexibility.
We take the time to understand what a business actually needs before proposing anything, and we'd rather build a long relationship on being straight with people than win one project by overselling it.
Four things we don't compromise on.
You own it
Your cloud, your repositories, your data. No lock-in and no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying us for.
A named engineer signs off
AI accelerates our delivery; it never approves it. Everything shipped has a person accountable for it.
Measured, not asserted
We build the evaluation set before we tune anything, so "better" is a number rather than an opinion.
We'll talk you out of it
If discovery says AI is the wrong tool for your problem, that's the recommendation you'll get.
Three things we won't do.
Anyone can list what they're good at. These are the ones that cost us work, and we'd rather say them up front than halfway through an invoice.
Plenty of problems that arrive labelled "AI" are really a broken form, a missing integration, or a report nobody reads. If that's what discovery finds, that's what we'll tell you — and the cheapest fix wins.
Everything runs in your cloud account, in your repositories, under your policies. There's no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying for, and no data of yours training anyone's model.
A small senior team with good AI tooling covers ground that used to need a much larger one. We'd rather charge for the outcome than for a bench of people watching it happen.
